University of California, Riverside Commencement 2023

In 2023, University of California, Riverside opted for a series of stadium-filling ceremonies at Toyota Arena in Ontario, California for their spring commencements. PCE pitched in with some video and lighting help to make the event one graduates, faculty, and loved ones would never forget.

We hung a string of truss with Vari-Lite VL3600 Profile IP and MAC Aura PXL fixtures above the stage. These mostly provided stage lighting, but we also used some subtle special lighting effects to make parts of the event pop. Christie Roadster HD14K-M projectors brought the action to even those in the farthest seats, showing every graduate on AV Stumpfl S64 screens. Participating in an event that the participants will never forget is a real perk of the work we do at PCE.
