PCE Production: All Day ASI at CSUF

Every year, California State University Fullerton's student body organization ASI puts on and all day event called All Day ASI to promote its services for the rest of the year. All Day ASI features food trucks, dancers, DJs, bands, and presentations/booths manned by extracurricular student organizations.

This video chronicles the planning and execution of the 2021 All Day ASI event. In it, ASI Event Coordinator Jacob Fry and PCE Account Executive Tim Hemrich discuss the event and everything that went into it. In an effort to put on a great show without breaking the budget, Tim and Jacob decided to used a stage trailer instead of building a stage from scratch.

From there, PCE was able to recommend and supply some more top of the line gear: JBL VTX line array speakers, GLP impression X4 and Chauvet Nexus 4x4 lights, a generator, and even backline for PUBLIC, the headlining band.

"PCE's team went above and beyond because that's what PCE does," said Jacob Fry of the experience.
