PCE Rental: Grove of Anaheim

OC Vibe recently took over operation of the Grove of Anaheim, a live music and entertainment venue right next to Angels Stadium. After taking control, OC Vibe decided to improve the Grove's AV equipment, partnering with PCE on a long-term rental to do so.

Our revamp started with an all-new sound system featuring a suite of L-Acoustics products. The main line array now consists of 16 L-Acoustics Kara speakers, accompanied by 8 KS28 subwoofers. L-Acoustics X15 HIQ monitors round out the package. This all ties into two Yamaha DM7 audio consoles, one at front-of-house and one side stage for monitors.

The other major part of the project was a complete lighting overhaul. The PCE team added a new upstage truss stick and dozens of new moving lights (both on the new and existing truss). Our fixtures include Chauvet Rogue R2 Beam, Chauvet Rogue R2X Wash, Chauvet STRIKE Array 4, and Martin MAC Quantum Profile lights. These lights will give lighting designers a ton of creative flexibility as they run shows from our grandMA 3 light console.

This new lighting package will help the Grove attract bigger artists and fill the house for some truly breathtaking shows. This video features a January 2026 performance by Collective Soul, one of the first bands to take advantage of the new equipment. In addition, our proximity to the Grove will allow us to continue to function as a go-to rental partner for more lighting, audio, video, backline, and other production.
