Create & Cultivate Festival

The world's leading festival for women in business, Create & Cultivate features numerous entertainment and conference stages, VIP and networking areas, countless photo ops, and a terrific atmosphere for high-powered women to connect with and empower each other. In September 2026, PCE helped bring this incredible two-day event to Los Angeles, where it took over the sprawling new Beehive event venue.

Create & Cultivate consisted of numerous distinct areas, some specifically set aside for attendee networking, photo ops, presentations/panels, third party vendors, and other special workshops. Our team handled staging, rigging, power, lighting, audio, and more throughout the massive event space, including at the main stage, where we deployed one of our Apex stage trailers and a gargantuan, truss-based shade structure.

The weekend ended with a killer performance from Cardi B, but that wasn't the only star power on display. Numerous CEOs, investors, and celebrities came out to play, including Oscar winner Halle Berry.

Our team loved bringing this festival—only the second ever and the first on the West Coast—to life. We can't wait to help Create & Cultivate reach new heights in the years to come!
