Beverage Forum

The Beverage Forum is a worldwide conference for beverage industry leaders and executives, bringing well over 1,000 industry peers together for a multi-day gathering with panels, presentations, and networking opportunities. The 2026 iteration took place at the Westdrift Hotel in Manhattan Beach, with PCE serving as the event's complete production partner.

The PCE team helped transform the hotel for the occasion, converting the main ballroom into a main stage for presentations and panel discussions. In addition to building the stage itself, our team handled lighting design, illuminating the speakers and providing numerous looks to differentiate each session that took place. We also handled all event audio, outfitting panelists with podium and wireless mics while an L-Acoustics Syva speaker system delivered clear, pristine audio throughout the massive room. The main room also featured elaborate video production, with a complete PCE video crew. Our team created a video feed, using manned and PTZ cameras for image magnification on two sets of projectors and screens.

Outside the main room, dozens of beverage vendors put up booths, many of which relied on PCE production. This ranged from simple speakers and TV screens to elaborate LED video walls and moving lights.

Each day of the event ended with an outdoor cocktail hour and live entertainment. Once again, PCE stepped in. Our team tackled all the event's outdoor audio needs, and we provided more production for vendor booths in the outdoor area. A simple truss structure gave aerial performance artists a base to show off their moves, while PCE lighting allowed the event to keep going even after the sun went down.
